Amy Moore, LPC, NCC
The longest journey starts with a single step! Physical, emotional and sexual trauma can often go unaddressed, leading to effects on our mental health such as depression and anxiety. Utilizing such therapies as Cognitive Processing, EMDR, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapies, Amy assists people with exploring recovery from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and related conditions. Progress is tracked through a scaling of symptoms system, and many clients report a reduction of trauma related symptoms within the first few sessions. Start your healing today!

Stephanie Manion, M.A.
Our lives are made up of many changes. My job is to help you navigate these changes and make the most of the experiences that life gives you. I will meet you where you are at, and help you to become the best possible version of yourself. Therapy may not be easy, but it will be worth it.
Over the past five years I have worked with clients suffering from anxiety and depression to interpersonal difficulties and psychosis. I have helped clients with dependence and grief, as well as alcohol abuse and relational problems.
I have been trained in Energy Psychology and Neurofeedback. I am also an Independent Facilitator of the “Becoming a Love and Logic Parent” method. I am willing to adapt my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs. Remember: “There are many ways of getting strong, sometimes talking is the best way.” -Andre Agassi
